It was 5 minutes before ceremony time and the guests were almost all in place in this beautiful church in Glendale. I saw an opportunity to grab a shot of the pulpit and gorgeous stained glass behind it. As I squatted to take the shot (church full) my pants made a loud chchchchchhcrip (that was a ripping sound so loud the windows would rattle).

At this point in got up as if nothing had occurred and went into the brides ready room. In there I was greeted by the A-Team as I whipped off my pants and they helped me pin the inside back together. All is well and we all had a good laugh.
Fast forward to group shots of the bridal party. I needed to see some more leg for this one particular shot, so down I went into my squat and shoot position, when the pin job and remaining seam gave way.

The bridal party busted up and I stood there laughing. We got through the rest of the pictures and I made a pants pit stop at a local store on the way to the reception.

Thanks to a couple that had a great sense of humor and a bridal party that liked pointing fingers at me, I now carry a back up pair of pants in the car.
